If you haven’t seen this movie, you should. It’s my favourite kind of dark flick: a thriller. You are pulled along by intrigue, suspense, and sometimes fear. Let’s put it this way, if I had to watch any kind of rated R movie, it would be this kind of movie.
Oh, and George Clooney! He does a wonderful job. His nemesis? She deserved the Oscar! Of course, being that I am the mother of young children, I haven’t seen the rest of the Oscar nominated films…so take my judgment with a grain of salt. I also loved Tom Wilkinson, but sadly Oscar did not.
Anyway, worth the watch. Even though all the tension and stimulus it gave my brain has kept me lying awake and alert for two hours since. Ya, it’s even worth the insomnia too. Maybe this way, in a burst of creative inspiration, and unbelievable silence, I’ll get my speech written.
